Dull, boring, never really said what was true and what wasn't. Jumped around too much, and too much description of feelings. By the way, teenagers do not talk like that. I'm finding that all too similar in all the books. And, with a name like Zipporah Stein growing up in Yonkers, don't you think that it should have been mentioned the family was Jewish? Really dumb and made no sense.

I have yet to read a disappointing V.C. Andrews book. I had recently been lacking with my reading but "Secrets in the Attic" reminded me just what a good book can do, take you to another world and keep you there.

This book was decent, but definitely not what V.C. Andrews herself would have written. I was somewhat disappointed. Lisa Corkern
